Sound bath is great for stress relief and that helps with anxiety, worry, physical ailments and emotional issues.
Come washed away your stress and release everything that is not serving you through this healing sound bath. Experience the healing power of the Tibetan bowls, the gong, chimes, rain stick and ocean drum.
Please bring your own pillow, blankets and/or duvet, yoga mat, sleeping bag etc, for you to lie on to make your experience as relaxing as possible.
