Each class finishes with a guided relaxation to integrate your practice and relax the mind and body. These classes are both fun and lively yet meditative to cultivate mindfullness and peace, all which incorporate the philosophy and spirit of yoga.
Hatha Yoga

Breathing and movements are generally slower. The slower movements work on the internal working of the body and tone and rejuvenate the organs. Breath and movements are generally slower and as with all classes in the studio, each student is encouraged to move at their own pace. The main focus in these classes are relaxation, injury recovery, improved flexibility, stress reduction and most importantly the cultivation of a peaceful mind.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a gentle effortless form of yoga designed to impact, in subtle yet powerful ways, the mind and body. All postures are practiced with body completely relaxed, supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to ensure maximum physical comfort. This yoga practice includes guided meditation and deep relaxation; its stillness helps to rest the body, calm the mind, and quiet the nervous system. The poses are designed to be comfortable.
This complements an active yoga practice & anyone can practice Restorative Yoga, regardless of age, shape or physical condition, even those with no Yoga experience.
