" Health is Wealth, Peace of Mind is Happiness, Yoga shows the way. "
Reopening after Covid 19
We are reopening our studio on August 9th!
To adhere to current government restrictions we have had to reduce our class numbers and we are only taking booking directly with teachers. Besides cleaning the entire studio, we have removed all yoga props from use so it is necessary to bring your own mat and any other props you need. We have organised everything so you will have the least amount of contact with 'stuff" in the studio, i.e there will be no changing clothes allowed, teachers will open doors etc. All the details can be found on our "Welcome back" page.
All class passes will be extended but please email us if you have any questions.
Looking forward to seeing you all back on the mat soon!
About Our Studio

Our teachers are all very genuine, kind people who have dedicated themselves to the study and practice of yoga and they each offer their own unique experience and wisdom form their personal yoga journey. Everyone is welcome at the Yoga Loft. We love to share our yoga practice with you.

Breathing and movements are generally slower. The slower movements work on the internal working of the body and tone and rejuvenate the organs. Breath and movements are generally slower and as with all classes in the studio, each student is encouraged to move at their own pace. The main focus in these classes are relaxation, injury recovery, improved flexibility, stress reduction and most importantly the cultivation of a peaceful mind.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle effortless form of yoga designed to impact, in subtle yet powerful ways, the mind and body.
